How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within South Africa typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Is there a digital version of the journal?
Not at this time. Rooted & Renewed was intentionally designed as a physical journal—with thick cream paper, lay-flat binding, and generous writing space to create a tactile, screen-free experience. We believe there is something sacred about putting pen to paper and stepping away from digital distractions. If a digital version becomes available in the future, we'll let our community know.

Can my church or small group order in bulk?
Absolutely. We love partnering with churches and small groups who want to journey through Rooted & Renewed together. Bulk orders of 10 or more journals qualify for special discounted pricing. Please email us at info@rootedandrenewed.co.za with the subject line "Bulk Order Inquiry," and let us know how many journals you're interested in and your desired delivery date. We'll respond with a custom quote within 48 hours.

Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy?
Because this is a consumable journal (once you write in it, it's yours), we do not accept returns on used journals. However, if your journal arrives damaged or defective, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will gladly send you a replacement at no cost.
